I cannot find Jason Bourne

Right now Google is promoting some kind of online game (I suppose) about the new Bourne movie. It is easily accessible via http://www.google.com/bourne - but obviously Linuxers are not needed to find Bourne:

Converting avi to mobile video

Just a short note, perhaps I will wirte a longer version later. The following command will convert an avi file to a mobile video that works on a Nokia E65 mobile phone:
ffmpeg -i input.avi -s 320×240 -vcodec mpeg4 -acodec mpeg4aac -ac 1 -ar 16000 -r 25 output.mp4

iTunes to offer DRM-free music this week

Finally iTunes is going to offer music downloads that will not be crippled by DRM. For a start only songs by artists of EMI will be available without DRM, but I think as soon as other labels see that there is still money to earn they will jump in, too. Or - at least I hope that most will. Universal probably won’t since ipod owners are thieves anyway
