Flash 9 Beta Gentoo Ebuild

A new beta of Flash 9 for Linux is out. When the first beta came out I was planning to create an ebuild, but was too slow - it was already there 
This has just happened again, the ebuild for 9.0.21.78 is already in portage. I hope that this one works better than the first version which did not work well with video streams.
